Dear BAG-ers, Our ten-day flirtation started with a Zebra crossing and a Dorcol street sign in homage to Dali – we knew, straight away, that we wouldn’t remain indifferent. Your quirky sense of style landed us at KC Grad for beer, while a shared sweet tooth had us devouring Turkish delight on a street curb later that sa...me April afternoon. Over the next few days, you were tireless in showing us street art, accompanying us to sport matches and partying till the morning – all the while sharing your anecdotes of the city and your part in its misdemeanours. In the manner of professional heartbreakers, you saved the best till last: a lazy Sunday in Zemun and a veritable feast at Baka Mara’s. We couldn’t help but fall in love with you, just a little, and with Baka Mara a whole lot more.
